Todd A. Rossman

Todd A. Rossman is the founder of Rossman Law Firm and a seasoned litigator with nearly over 20 years of experience. His practice spans commercial litigation, business disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability, labor and employment issues, and complex construction matters. Throughout his career, Todd has successfully represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals in both state and federal courts.

Todd earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (now Western Michigan Law School) in 2004, where he served as Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review, Communications Director for the Moot Court Board, and a national competitor in Moot Court advocacy. He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Morris County Superior Court, working under Hon. David S. Cramp and Hon. Robert J. Brennan.

Before founding Rossman Law Firm, Todd spent over a decade at prominent law firms, holding positions as Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, and Partner. His legal acumen has been recognized in Law & Politics magazine’s “Super Lawyers Rising Stars” (2010-2015) and New Jersey Law Journal’s “New Leaders of the Bar” (2013).

Beyond litigation, Todd has served as general counsel to small businesses, advising on risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. He also contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law (2010–2013).

Miranda Pacuku

Miranda Pacuku is an Associate Attorney at the Rossman Law Firm, LLC. Miranda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business at St. John’s University in 2019 and her Juris Doctorate Degree at New York Law School in 2022. During her years at St. John’s and New York Law School, she took on Legal Intern and Law Clerk positions at multiple New York City Law Firms with practice areas including Personal Injury, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Criminal Defense. Additionally, Miranda was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Matthew J. Titone in Richmond County and a Student Attorney for an Estate Planning Clinic in New York Law School. Immediately following graduation, Miranda was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 2023. Miranda is also proficient in Albanian.

Since joining Rossman Law Firm, Miranda has worked on matters from the date of inception until settlement. Her involvement includes the following: The drafting of pleadings, discovery responses and demands, litigation plans, deposition outlines, motions and settlement documents; Appearing for court conferences, settlement conferences, arbitration, mediations, client meetings and motion oral arguments; Conducting and defending depositions; And conducting thorough legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations. Miranda’s above participation involves various practice areas including transportation and logistics litigation, professional and general liability, and commercial litigation and business disputes.

Kellie Palermo

Kellie Palermo is an associate attorney at Rossman Law Firm. She joined the firm as a legal intern in February of 2023. Her practice focuses on personal injury defense, specializing in transportation, premises and general liability. Additionally, Kellie has experience in construction, labor and no-fault insurance law.

Kellie graduated cum laude from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in May of 2024. Prior to attending law school, Kellie earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Business Adminstration, from the University of Delaware. She is currently admitted to the State Bar of New York.

Kelly Jackson

Kelly Jackson is a Law Clerk at Rossman Law Firm, LLC, and is awaiting admission to the New York Bar. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance defense matters.

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2025, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the ABA Family Law Quarterly and received the Alexander D. Forger Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession. During law school, she gained experience as a judicial intern and extern in both state and federal courts, including the Kings County Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Mental Hygiene Legal Service, Appellate Division, First Department. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and is conversationally fluent in Spanish.

Since joining Rossman Law Firm, Kelly has worked on matters from inception through resolution and is committed to providing clients with the highest quality legal representation.

Zareena Khan

Zareena Khan is a paralegal who provides reliable support to attorneys through strong organization, a thorough and thoughtful approach, and clear communication. She enjoys helping keep cases on track and supporting case progression from start to finish.

Outside of work, Zareena stays active by playing basketball and unwinds by spending time in the garden. She also loves baking and experimenting with new recipes, especially when she can share them with friends and family. Her mix of teamwork, patience, and creativity carries over into both her professional and personal life.

Deric Peace

Deric is the Accounts Payable Specialist and Bookkeeper for Rossman Law Firm in Brooklyn He is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Deric’s role includes overseeing accounts payable, maintaining organized financial records, and ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and compliant manner.

Deric is recognized for his professional yet approachable demeanor and his strong problem-resolution skills. Deric works closely with attorneys, staff, and vendors to address financial inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support the firm’s operational needs with clarity and discretion.

Deric takes pride in providing dependable financial supervision that allows the firm to operate smoothly. This enables the legal team to remain focused on doing what they do best, delivering high-quality service to clients.

Rob Morello

Rob Morello is a Of Counsel at Rossman Law Firm, bringing extensive litigation experience to the firm. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, advocating for both injured plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of personal injury matters. Recognized for his trial expertise, Rob is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than 3% of attorneys in the state.
